Abra com um rolo e com ela, forre o fundo e as laterais de uma f\u00f4rma de fundo remov\u00edvel de 22cm de di\u00e2metro. Fure com um garfo e leve ao forno alto, preaquecido, por 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retire do forno e reserve. Para o recheio, bata as goiabas no liquidificador e passe por uma peneira. Volte ao liquidificador, adicione o creme de leite, o suco de lim\u00e3o, o a\u00e7\u00facar e a gelatina hidratada na \u00e1gua e dissolvida em banho-maria. Despeje sobre a massa e leve \u00e0 geladeira por 1 hora. Retire e desenforme.
